2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all appointments, treatments, bookings and payments at Omry Massage.
By making an appointment or booking, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Treatments
Omry Massage offers relaxation, sports and recovery massages.
The treatments are not medical in nature and not erotic.
A massage is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. If you have any concerns about your health, it is recommended to first contact a doctor or physiotherapist.
4. Appointments and cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours or in case of no-show without notice, the full amount of the session may be charged.
Being late will shorten the treatment time; the rate remains unchanged.
5. Health and responsibility
The client is responsible for correctly and completely providing medical information that may affect the treatment.
Omry Massage reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if this is deemed medically irresponsible.
6. Payment
Payment takes place in advance via the website or immediately after the treatment.
Payment can be made in cash, by debit card or iDEAL.
The rates are visible on the website and can be changed without prior notice, unless an appointment has already been confirmed.
7. Gift cards
Gift cards are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The validity period is stated on the voucher and is 12 months as standard.
8. Liability
Omry Massage is not liable for any damage, physical or otherwise, that occurs during or after a treatment, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Use of the services is at the customer's own risk.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled with care in accordance with the Omry Massage Privacy Statement, which can be found at www.omrymassage.nl/privacybeleid.
10. Complaints
Complaints about a treatment can be reported via info@omrymassage.nl.
We always try to find a suitable solution together.
11. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements and services of Omry Massage.
In case of disputes, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction.
12. Refund Policy
If an appointment is cancelled on time (more than 24 hours in advance), any pre-paid amount will be fully refunded within 5 working days.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show without notice, no refund will be made.
In the event of force majeure (such as illness or technical failures from Omry Massage), the paid amount will be fully refunded or the appointment can be rescheduled free of charge.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to make the original payment.
