5. Retention periods

To store as little personal data as possible, the following terms apply:

  • Contact or booking details: will be deleted within 6 months after the last appointment.

  • Health information: will be deleted immediately after the treatment period ends (unless further follow-up is required).

  • Invoice and payment data: 7 years, in accordance with legal administrative obligations.

All other data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.

6. Third parties and security

Personal data is shared only with parties necessary for payments, hosting, or website security (such as Wix and iDEAL). These parties comply with GDPR guidelines.
The website is secured with an SSL certificate and the data is digitally protected against unauthorized access.

7. Cookies

OmryMassage.nl uses only functional and analytical cookies. Functional cookies ensure the site works properly. Analytical cookies anonymously measure website usage. No cookies are placed for advertising or tracking purposes.

You always have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can send a request to info@omrymassage.nl.
